Carefully selected yuzu citruses are hand squeezed piece by piece in order to avoid bitterness and off flavours, retaining the rich and mellow aroma unique to this Japanese citrus fruit.

Yuzu juice is known for its potent, tart, and aromatic flavour, often described as a blend of lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit. Due to its intensity, it's typically used sparingly to enhance dishes without overpowering them.
