Inspiration by chef Alessandro Bergamo, Piuma presents two different shapes in one mould. The mat can be used either with "pâte à cigarette" or with chocolate for creating elegant and refined decorations, The decorations can be prepared in advance and unmold them when needed. They are useful for decorating dishes, first and second courses, to create original aperitifs or to give a refined touch to plated desserts.
